READY FOR THE EVEREST !!
LAST TRAINING BLOCK IN RIO
 We have just come back home last Saturday the 16th of July to recharge our batteries after a great month of training in Rio. The time went quickly; we tested many main sails, Olympic spinnakers and other different equipment.
It really was an intense block but we have managed to do everything that we had planned with the preparation of our material - Rio's Guanabara bay is one of the most challenging areas we have raced on!
We concluded our training by sailing a small coaches regatta with our Olympic opponents; We Won it, so YES, we are ready with our equipment, our preparation ... and our minds ...

July 25th : We fly to Rio with our Olympic clothes
July 26th to Aug. 4th: Training from the Olympic Marina
Aug. 5th: Opening Ceremony in Maracanã Stadium
Aug. 10th : Nacra 17 race # 1, 2, 3 on race course "Pão de Açugar"
Aug. 11th: Race # 4, 5, 6 on race course "Copacabana"
Aug. 12th: Reserve day
Aug. 13th: Races # 7, 8, 9 on race course "Ponte"
Aug. 14th: Race # 10, 11, 12 on race course "Escola Naval"
Aug. 15th: Reserve day
Aug. 16th: Medal race for the 10 best nations on race course "Pão de Açuga"
