Latest news and comments about this week in Weymouth in English or in French.

Medal Race:
What a crazy Medal Race ... we started in 5 knots of wind but it quickly dropped to 3 knots. The wind was everywhere and nowhere :) We fought hard until the end and could just cought up enought to finish 4th a the Medal Race and second overall!! We are super happy to bring back home the Silver Medal. We have been fighing for every points and at the end it payed off !! Thanks to all of you for your support.

We now have few days off at home and will leave on the 21st of June to Denmark to prepare the World Championship ( 4-10 of July).

Day 4:
Tough day on the water with 4 races sailed in 10-19 knots of shifty and gusty southerly wind. We had some really good moments and some scary ones ... particularly when Nat lost her skipper in a difficult manoeuver :) but all turned out ok! We finish the day with a 8/8/9/2 and we enter the Medal Race tomorrow in 2nd position!!! GO Team #BB2016

Day 3:
no wind .. no race!

Day 2:
A good day at the office with a 2nd, 11th and a 3rd! We did great starts and super downwinds... very happy with our day. Unfortunatly, we did a little mistake in the second race and had to do a 360° to repare it.. but we fought so much to come back, it was nice to see our fighting spirit today! 3 more races today in a bit lighter wind and lots of rain :)

Day 1:

We sailed very close to the cliffs with the wind coming from the shore. The result was a very gusty and shifty wind of 10 to 20 knots. We understood well the place, just one big tactical mistake made us loose a lot in the second race. We posted a 2,20,3 and we are 2nd in the provisional ranking.

We have had 5 days of wonderful training on the water of the last 2012 Olympic Games. The sun was shining and a good breaze was on every day. Lucky us to see England like this :)

Today, Wednesday 10th of June, we start the first day of the ISAF Sailing World Cup in Weymouth/Portland. A windy and cold week is forcasted .. bring it on!
